APPLE’S SEPTEMBER EVENT SAW THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF TWO NEW iPADS AND APPLE WATCHES.
The big announcement was an exciting new iPad Air that brings some of the features of the iPad Pro line to the Air for the first time, particularly in the look and feel department, as it now has the ‘narrow border’ design you associate with the Pro range, and a Liquid Retina display which (in the same footprint as the previous iPad Air) features a large 10.9-inch display with 3.8 million pixels. As with the iPad Pro models, the Home button is gone completely, but since there’s no Face ID in the iPad Air, Apple has cleverly integrated Touch ID into the top button instead.
