Elsewhere we speak to Tommy Aldridge, a drummer who throughout his long career has played with some of the biggest names in rock; Poogie Bell joins us to talk about his forthcoming tour and new album, and how groove is the most important skill that every drummer should have. George Johnson, Seal’s current drummer of choice, continues this theme, highlighting how throughout his career groove has always equalled gigs, which has seen him work with some of the biggest names currently on the American music scene. Our final word this month goes to Donavan Hepburn, who tells us about the highlight of his career was performing for Her Majesty and millions of viewers at last years Jubilee Concert, and that the aftershow was just as memorable!
