Burning Down the House

Dear iScot

Last year Aberdeen City Council announced it was to use taxpayer funds to send a glossy brochure out to all citizens ahead of the local council elections, telling them what a wonderful job they had done over the previous five years. Myself and many others felt this was unnecessary and were concerned about the lack of balance in what was supposed to be a non-partisan publication. I decided to offer the public an alternative report to provide that balance and this became my book “Burning Down the House”.
