As well as having a lot of options, OBS Studio has an extremely healthy ecosystem of literally hundreds of plugins and scripts that cater for all sorts of niche situations, such as adding an on-screen keyboard or a score display. Within its compact interface, Kazam2 has an OCR reader that can read textual elements from the screen. It can also live broadcast, and the GitHub page has some instructions for working with a number of popular broadcasting services.
