> Switch to the 10-day Activity Path in the Streak tab, tap and drag left to see the next four days. This will show your expected recovery.
Tap your profile image or select Go Gentler and you can change your Activity Status if you’re on a break or sick.

Apple Fitness can become an unhealthy obsession – more so if you worry that you’re going to break your streak by not closing your Activity rings.
