A trial of a web-based therapeutic training programme for people suffering with agoraphobia and panic disorders has been successful, according to the Journal ofMedicalInternetResearch. This type of treatment, which uses a web interface and mobile app, can be used anonymously, making it easier for people to access. And now scientists are working on a range of web-based interventions for people who have mental health problems, in the hope of breaking down the barriers which prevent people accessing the support they need.
