Right Path Fitness started fun naked group exercise classes at pop-up locations across London this summer, running all-male, all-female and mixed sessions. “The fitness world is constantly changing and it’s important to keep up with the latest trends,” said director, Keith McNiven, who led the first class. “Exercising naked introduces a new and exciting way to burn calories and is great for those of us who don’t like the restriction of clothing. It’s also a fun way to meet others and enjoy a unique workout session.”

When working out naked, you’re forced to examine your body and come face to face with yourself, exactly how you look. By consistently doing this, you’ll be getting used to your body, slowly getting more comfortable in your own skin.
