Carl Taylor kicks us off with his bright pink motorsport-inspired Audi S4 on cover, or Miss Piggy as he likes to call it. Not only is it his second Audi B5 wagon cover in less than 18 months, but he’s still playing with the RS4 that took the top spot back in February last year too. What’s wrong with him, we hear you ask? We attempt to find out, and this time, once and for all. With the cover sorted we check out Kenwood Electronics’ awesome Newer Beetle demo car, a Mk3 Harlequin with a story to tell over in Holland and a right-hand drive swapped Mk4 in the US. Staying Stateside we finally get a chance to meet up with Patrick Holness and his incredible Mk4 Jetta before returning home to hook up with a pair of the UK’s finest Mk2s and proving that we can think outside the Golf-shaped box some times, a SEAT Mk2 Leon over in Germany. Finally, we take it upon ourselves to settle some scores between BMW’s M135i and the Scirocco R with the timing gear and an empty runway.
