B lack and white photography allows you to capture evocative, timeless images, where the contrast of light and shade, texture, shape and form are the key components in a composition. There are two approaches to going grey with your EOS camera: you can either take a colour image and convert it to black and white later in editing software, or you can capture a mono photograph in-camera.
