Made for the earth
Let Mother Nature be your guiding light, says Eminé Rushton; be silent, read the signs and listen to what she is telling you, then… breathe
the open mind

Moving to a little village in Kent, flanked by evergreens and acres of ancient woodland, has utterly transformed my relationship with the earth I inhabit. From the brambles and nettles my family and I forage, to the wood we pile high in the hearth and use to keep our stove ever-glowing, new rituals and rites have entered our way of living, which ground, centre and earth us – a connection made, that truly feeds the spirit. I’ve come to foster the deepest respect for this earth and for all of Mother Nature’s guiding signs – for our cravings and instincts, inklings and dreams.
