One victory in the Princess Elizabeth (PE) Challenge Cup at Henley Royal Regatta is a hallmark for most coaches, and I’ve somehow amassed six of them. Each one was different from the others, and each was important to me in a different way. If I had to find one common thread, it would be that each new win has been built on those that came before.
