Robin Gates is back with part 1 of a new series on wood boring. In the first installment, he looks at a variety of hand methods that can be employed and admits to a grudging admiration for woodworm! In turning and carving, Colin Simpson takes us through the steps for making his ‘Nebula’ bowl before Bernard Greatrix shows that with a handful of tools and a little imagination, woodcarving can enhance your projects.
