Dylan: talkin’ Tom Waits
ONE afternoon, during the Franks Wild Years run in the summer of 1986, the cast noticed a familiar face in the audience. “Bob Dylan came to see the show,” says Greg Cohen. “I could see him, off to the centre right of this small theatre. Dylan is a pretty laidback guy, he had both hands under his chin, leaning forward and checking out everything that Tom was doing, especially when he sang ‘Train Song’. It was really special.”
