Body confidence doesn’t always come easy to blokes, especially when they’re asked to grin, and bear it! Last month it was women celebrating their healthier, happier selves with a naked photoshoot. Now it’s the boys’ turn to make a fuss of their weight-loss milestones, no clothes required, and our resident psychologist, Honey Lancaster-James, shares her body-confidence tips, especially for guys. Also, there’s mood-boosting beauty products to indulge the senses, and fashion guru Laura Puddy’s choice of figure-flattering knits.

Although I live in Canada this is my absolute best WW magazine. The US/Canadian publication didn't have a quarter of the valuable information/advice that is given in the UK publication, and has now ceased. I am so glad that I can get this magazine on line although I would prefer a paper copy. Excellent publication, thank you Révision 17 février 2020
