Q I’m too busy to join a running group: how can I feel less isolated as a runner?
A Many people who come to me for personal coaching (runningjo.co.uk) do so because of this very reason. Their local running club might not meet at a convenient time, so they need another way to find support and guidance. Having a running coach can help you feel less isolated as they will be invested in how your training is going, and how you feel.
