AIRBALTIC HAS announced a new codeshare agreement with Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) from January 31.
The tie-up will see the carriers add their IATA codes –SWISS: LX and airBaltic: BT –onto flights between Riga and Zurich. This will allow SWISS passengers to connect with the latter’s extensive network from its Riga base, which covers over 100 destinations across Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and the Caucasus region. Similarly, airBaltic passengers will be able to connect to SWISS’s network from Zurich, including destinations across North and South America, Asia and Africa.
