UNDER ATTACK!
Scarcely a month goes by without the very future of airlift coming under attack from some angle or another, be it local governments making a fuss over somebody misusing a market stall BB gun or indeed , large scale terror attacks forcing a wider rethink of firearms availability.
So far though, nothing has really penetrated the shield. We've weathered a good few storms and by and large, that's because what we do is legitimate and has its own checks and balances that really do have a track history of working pretty well, even if they are a bit shaky and infirm.
I think many airsofters just have a guilty conscience and even if further restrictions were bought into play, there's no real reason to think that it would bring about the end of our hobby. Why would licensing or registration really have to be such an issue?You need a rod licence to go fishing and plenty of people do that…
