LONDON 2017 is looking for athletes who are interested in acting as visually impaired athlete guides at next summer’s World ParaAthletics Championships.
At the London Paralympics in 2012, some athletes arrived in the UK as members of teams but could not bring guide runners and relied on the organising committee to provide local athletes to assist – and London 2017 is anticipating a similar scenario next year.
