Disabled man upset at ‘shoddy work

IMPROVEMENTS to a Castleacre flat left the tenant angered by shoddy work which he claims he was asked to remedy, writes Mark Davey.

John McKerral was initially happy when a complete window frame was installed at his first floor flat, which he rents from Argyll Community Housing Association (ACHA).
