For brothers John and Arthur, supporting the family farm after a bad harvest is more important than the politics of Earls and Kings. As John leaves to seek his fortune and signs up with the Lancastrians, Arthur unexpectedly finds himself recruited by the Yorkists. In the clamour that unfolds on the battlefields, the pair forge strong bonds with their respective brothers in arms.
