How can I get back into my old Google account?
Q I’m trying to regain access to a previous Gmail account, and I’ve tried the recovery process many times without success. It looks like there’s a glitch in the system because it says on my phone screen that Google will send an SMS verification code to my registered phone number (which is the same as my current phone number), but instead the code is sent to the Gmail address that I cannot access – so I’m stuck in a loop. Any ideas?
