Dancing Times  |  September 2015
Next month we are excited to be bringing you a bigger and even better Dancing Times. Running to 124 pages, the magazine will continue to include all the favourites you currently enjoy, but in addition we will be introducing new content by including a range of exciting articles and features covering the worlds of ballroom and social dance, disciplines that have until now been covered by our sister magazine, Dance Today, which will merge with Dancing Times from October. In many ways, the magazine is returning to its roots, as when Dancing Times was fi rst published in 1910, it reported on all forms of social and stage dancing. Over the past couple of months the Dancing Times and Dance Today team have been busy preparing for the “new” magazine, and we all think it is going to look wonderful! See for yourself in October. Another change will be the departure of Nicola Rayner who, as well as acting as editorial assistant on this magazine, has done an absolutely brilliant job editing Dance Today for nearly six years. She will be much missed by everyone here but, luckily, Nicola will continue to contribute regularly to forthcoming issues of Dancing Times. We wish her every success in the future.
