Dear readers Happy New Year!
In the first issue of 2024 we announce as usual the D&D Awards for the season we have left behind us. The artists, production, projects that most impressed the magazine's critics with their motivations.
The cover story could only be dedicated to Nicoletta Manni, neo-étoile of La Scala Theatre Ballet, a much-deserved and long-awaited recognition after years of abstinence from nominations in the Milanese theatre.
We then meet choreographers Garrett Smith and Jacopo Jenna, and discuss the relationship between choreographic creation and war: unfortunately, the times we are living in bring us back to reflections on the subject.
In the issue also reviews from Italy and around the world, lots of news and reports of upcoming events.
