While Waiting begins with a bold gambit: “It might get boring sometimes,” reads its opening title. The clue is in the name: this is a collection of mini-games in which you must simply wait for things. ‘Patience Simulator’, you could call it. There are some fun puzzles during the waiting, and the comic-style graphics are endearing. While it’s undeniably gimmicky, the game’s commitment to the — deliberately futile — bit is admirable.
