ADIL EL ARBI can pinpoint the exact moment he knew that he and Bilall Fallah were going to ride together, die together. It was at art school in his native Belgium, a place where, as he recalls, “they would only look at European festival movies, Cannes Film Festival movies”. All good, of course, but his real passion was for popcorn.
So, when he spotted Fallah, another student who, like him, was Belgian-born but descended from Moroccan parents, he took a chance and popped the big question. “Do you like Jerry Bruckheimer movies?”
