The February 2024 issue of Gun Mart includes a piece by Jules Whicker on the history of Venom customs, and for those in the know, this is an important name in the world of airguns. In addition to this, Ed Jackson has reviewed an excellent LBP from Grand Power – the K22 MK23 X-TRIM chambered in .22LR. As usual, Chris Parkin has been busy and this time he has reviewed the Seekins Precision Havak PH2, as well as some LRF binoculars from Minox. You will also find a review of Savage’s B-Series Precision Lite by Pete Moore, with specific attention paid to the .17HMR version. If it’s ammo you are interested in, then Pete has also taken a detailed look at Sellier & Bellot’s PTS in .243 Win.

When it comes to airguns, Mark Camoccio has reviewed the Gamo C-15 Blowback pistol, the Weihrauch HW95K, and some Bisley Long Range Gold and Air Arms Diabolo Express Pellets. It is worth reading his article on the Reximex Lyra, as the performance that he uncovers from this sub-£400 PCP is quite amazing! Finally, Pete Wadeson has written up another multi-shot PCP from FX; the Maverick.

To round things off, Bruce Potts has tested the Mossberg 940 JM Pro Camo and Jules Whicker has been out in the field testing Aimpoint’s unique red dot shotgun sight.
