BREAKFAST
Most mornings we have two or three poached eggs with a bagel and smashed avocado. Sometimes, we have oats with flaxseed or, if we’re short on time, a smoothie with oats, whey protein, spinach, flaxseed, frozen berries and milk.
JENNA SAYS: Eggs are rich in protein, which helps to stabilise blood sugar levels and keeps you feeling full. Oats are high in fibre, which can contribute to a healthy gut. The smoothie makes a healthy breakfast pick – and flaxseeds can benefit bowel health.
