CARDIFF BLUE DRAGONS are to launch a Wheelchair Rugby League side - and the clarion call has already gone out for players.
The new side will add to a vibrant club that already boasts teams from Under 9s to Open Age, with Masters and Women’s sections (the latter including twelve internationals) also in place.
Training will start later this year - lockdown restrictions allowing - and the side will be coached by former Wales Wheelchair boss Alana Sargent, who steered her country to Celtic Cup success in 2016.
