GSConnect is must-have software for those Linuxers who use Gnome Shell and access the wider world via a Wi-Fi router. This a brilliant example of open source culture: a stable, rapidly evolving technology of integrating an Android handheld with your desktop Linux machine. As you might already know, GSConnect is a JavaScript-based port of KDE Connect for use with Gnome. Since we last covered it in LXF247,GSConnect has matured and has seen plenty of stable releases, specifically from v17 to v39 and now heading to v40.
