"I saw a post on Twitter asking about companies that approach open source “the right way.” This got me thinking ... is there a right way? To start with, do you value things being fully open, with a side order of easy? Or do you want things as easy as possible, and open as an afterthought? Do you want code to be open for users to deploy as they want, or do you want to put restrictions on certain users?
