Publicado en martes, 19 de diciembre de 2017 Inside each issue of Parchment Craft, resident go-to expert, designer and craft shop owner Hilary Bucci-Pepper shares with the readers a snippet of what she’s been up to, whether it be a card design she has been working on or a new piece of equipment she has discovered.

One of great things about being in this business is that we have friends and customers all over the world and generally the parcels that we ship from the shop reach their destination without any hitches, but we always keep in touch just in case on the odd occasion one goes astray. We pack all of our parcels very carefully and this month we had one of those very rare occasions when the parcel didn’t reach its destination.
In fact, what had happened, the naughty postman hadn’t left a calling card, and just when we were about to resend the parcel; the original one turned up back at the shop. I thought I’d show you the battering the parcel had taken on its way to Ireland and back to the Isle of Wight. 
But, and this is a very big ‘BUT’ I am happy to report that all of the contents were still intact because hubby Steve always packages them so well, even the pencils still had their points on them. So rest assured, if you order from us at Wightcat Crafts, even if your parcel has lots of miles to travel, it should arrive intact.
