This week we have decided to celebrate those
women who have that enviable quality – timeless
style. Our cover girl, the utterly adorable Twiggy,
or Twigs to her friends, is now in her late 60s
yet she still looks radiant even with very little
make-up. Petula Clark has this quality as well, and boasts
more than seven decades in a business that is famous for its
‘throwaway’ stars. Her voice is now stronger than ever and she
is in no rush to retire. And why would she? Although she might want to
join the increasing number of ‘retired wells’ who are deciding that ‘less space is more life’ and are downsizing to one of the incredibly chic retirement properties we are featuring this week. Imagine saying goodbye to hoovering the stairs and mowing the lawn and saying hello to a whole new way of living. Or you could just decide to follow our Miss Darcy Bustle’s lead and treat yourself to a new outfit. There are some
