Barmouth, on the west coast of north Wales, lies between a mountain range and the sea, on the mouth of the river Mawddach. Perfect for off-road running, it also rests just within the south west corner of Snowdonia National Park, so you’re spoilt for choice with beautiful harbour runs as well as hilly trails.
Start
Start outside the entrance to the Pavilion leisure centre. There’s plenty of parking along the prom and public car parks here (fees payable).
