Is running good for my arthritis?
Traditionally, people who are suffering from arthritis have assumed that running is not an option for them. Could this concept be out of date?

Arthritis means joint inflammation. Osteoarthritis (OA) is a common type of arthritis and is caused by a combination of the breakdown of the joint and the body’s attempted repair processes, causing diffculty moving and considerable pain. Exercise helps to strengthen joints and their surrounding tissues, aiding pain and stiftness.
