UNWANTED
Deal with some kind of rejection in writing. What does the theme of ‘unwanted’ suggest to you, and how will you write about it?
It might encompass the heartbreak of a person or animal that’s not wanted, or no longer wanted. It might involve someone being rejected – for what, or by whom? It might be an object that someone is or was sentimentally attached to, that another person discards. But it might also include less emotive ideas. Something might be unwanted for a good reason – an object, or an aspect of life that’s in the way. Think about your ideas around being unwanted, and the best way to express them in writing, and fill a blank page.
