Manfred Schotten and Christopher Clarke Antiques join forces this summer for their regular Cotswolds exhibition which takes place every second year.
Burford dealer Schotten specialises in sporting artefacts and has sold to buyers from the fashion industry including Ralph Lauren and Uli Knecht. Stock includes equestrian artwork, library furniture and games and it offers a restoration service.
Christopher Clarke offers this secretaire campaign chest by Gregory Kane of Dublin which dates to between 1847 and ’87, measures 3ft 7in (1.09m) tall and is available for £3950. Right: this c.1937 cotton banner was made for the coronation of King George VI. Hundreds of banners are thought to have been made at the time, though today few remain. It is priced £310.
