Globe theft as London smash and grab raids continue

The celestial globe from this pair c.1825 was stolen on January 22.

The art and antiques trade in central London has suffered another smash and grab theft following the wave of robberies that targeted map dealers before Christmas.

This time, a Regency period mahogany globe was stolen from a shop on New Kings Road in Fulham.
