A previous Rose & Brown vintage fair at Sunny Bank Mills.
Sunny Bank Mills at Farsley near Leeds has been in the Gaunt family for six generations.
One of the first textile mill buildings on the site was The Old Woollen, built in 1830. Originally used for ‘scribbling’ which combed the wool fibres and ‘fulling’ which washed and shrank the woven cloth, this huge atmospheric space, derelict for 50 years and now described by owner John Gaunt as in a “state of arrested decay” is a 500-capacity performance venue.
