THE CHAIRMAN of the Heart of Argyll Tourism Alliance has issued a rallying cry to local businesses following the announced closure of VisitScotland tourism centres across the region.
In a letter published on page six of this edition of the Advertiser, Jonathan Sheldrick from Kilberry, a director of Port Ban Holiday Park and member of VisitScotland, expressed concern over VisitScotland’s plans.
To replace the tourist centres, businesses must come together, says Mr Sheldrick.
