I was waiting to pay for a fill-up at a gas station in suburban Detroit when everything changed.
There, at the counter, I spied the remains of a box of that brand new hockey product everyone was waiting for. Surprised to find them there, I grabbed every pack they had, and returned to my sweet 1987 Plymouth Sundance to see if 1990-91 Upper Deck would live up to the hype.
