A GOVERNMENT agency has raised serious concerns about Argyll and Bute Council’s food standards control procedures.
The findings are based on a Food Standards Scotland (FSS) capacity and capability audit from August 29 to 31 last year.
On page 10 of the report, a criticism highlighted in red reads: ‘Insufficient Assurance: Controls are not acceptable and have notable weaknesses.’
