CAMPBELTOWN residents and visitors were udderly surprised to see a Highland cow parked at the top of the pier last Saturday.
Archie the Heilan Coo is one of Visit Scotland’s four ‘coovans’, mobile information centres which travel throughout Scotland attending events and offering support to the organisation’s information centres.
Driven by two of their eight ‘coovisors,’ Katie Bell and Julia Steil, Archie had been to Springbank earlier in the day, and was parked outside the town’s information centre when the Courier’s reporter spotted him.
