Hide cells when printing spreadsheets
When printing your spreadsheets you can hide the data in particular cells, which is useful if they contain sensitive information such as financial or personal details. To do this, select the cells then click Home at the top followed by the small ‘Number Format’ diagonal arrow at the bottom right of the Number section.
