PERFECT YOUR BIKE POSITION
Cycling Weekly asks three experienced fitters to reveal the secrets of their craft and the common set-up pitfalls they’ve encountered. Firstly, Dr Graham Theobald PhD has twenty years’ experience working with racing cyclists, from beginners to WorldTour pros. He has a PhD in cycling-related knee pain, and is clinical lead at the Body Rehab Injury clinic in the Lake District. Then we talk to Euan Adams, a NHS musculoskeletal physiotherapist. He is an experienced freelance bike-fitter and lifelong cyclist who races in triathlon for Pivot Boompods. Finally we speak to Ben Hallam, who represented Great Britain in the Junior World Championships, raced in France and Belgium and competed in the Tour of Britain. He is now a Bespoke Cycling fitter, and has a degree in Sports Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention.
