FREEZE IN SUMMER
This year it’s the 10th anniversary of Icebar London, designed and carved by ice artist, Jens Thoms Ivarsson, using fresh ice from the Torne River in northern Sweden. This year the theme is “frozen food” so you can drink cocktails or dine amongst crystal clear cupcakes and a giant frozen pineapple. There’s even a hipster food truck, all made entirely from… yes, you guessed it… ice.
