JACOB LOCKETT asks: At the end of the universe, who was Ashildr playing chess with? Was it the creature from Listen, if it even exists?

No idea. Actually, it was bit of set dressing, suggested by – I think – Rachel Talalay. I can’t remember the reasoning, but I like the idea that when there aren’t enough people left for a game of chess, the end of days is nigh.

LILY RINGLER asks: Do Time Lords have a pronoun to refer to a Time Lord/Lady who has changed gender without offending any of his/her past versions?
