It’s a commonly known fact that the fastest and most expedient way to judge a record shop is to take a quick shufti at the vinyl displayed on the walls as you enter. And no sooner than you’ve crossed the threshold of Harbour Records, a fleeting glance instantly reveals some seriously impressive wall albums, with Bill Fay’s 1971 masterpiece Time Of The Last Persecution sitting proudly next to the highly sought-after self-titled debut from obscure prog-rockers Spring (both of which are worth a small fortune).
