Sam Ingram has represented his country with distinction on the tatami for over a decade and is driven by his desire of eclipsing all of his previous accomplishments to wear Paralympic gold next summer. The visually impaired judoka is one of the most successful and respected active judoka in the country and could be the hero of ParalympicsGB supporters at the Rio 2016 Paralympics next summer.
LUCY RENSHALL: EURO CHAMP IS GOING PRO
Having entered her final year as a junior, and with the prospect of fighting for senior recognition this coming December, St Helens’ Lucy Renshall has managed to hit the best form of her young career at the perfect time. Renshall capped an all-round impressive display from the GB squad at the recent Junior European Championships in Berlin, where she bettered her fifth place from 2014 and came away with the gold medal.
