A 56-YEAR-OLD motorcyclist from Liverpool has received nine penalty points and a £600 fine for careless driving.
Daniel Elder, of 3 Willedstan Avenue, Liverpool, strayed on to the opposing carriageway on a blind bend between Kilmelford and Kilninver, and collided with another vehicle.
Elder’s defence solicitor Laura McManus said her client has held a driving licence since 1979 and a motorcycle licence since 2002 and this is his first offence.
