YOUNG people will be involved in a workshop in Argyll next month where they can discuss how community-owned renewable energy projects in rural communities can impact their lives.
The forum for students will focus on issues such as new career opportunities and skills development created by so-called green energy projects.
Hosted by the Rural Policy Centre at Scotland’s Rural College (SRUC), the seminar will also discuss to what extent young people are represented in energy decisions that affect their lives.
